The design uses a screened facade to filter sunlight and provide privacy while allowing light and airflow into the interiors. The layout is planned to create a clear separation between shared family spaces and private areas.

The interiors continue the home's warm contemporary character through carefully coordinated materials, built-in storage, lighting, and custom joinery. Completed in 2026, the project brings together a cohesive approach to villa architecture and interior design in BTM Layout, Bangalore.
