The Modern Abode (Ben Residence), Nagasandra

The Modern Abode is an independent villa designed on a 30 × 60 ft plot in Nagasandra, Bengaluru. Spread across 6,000 sq ft, the home follows a warm minimalist approach with clean forms and a simple material palette.

The facade combines clean horizontal lines with natural materials and generous openings to create a contemporary character. The layout is planned across multiple levels, with living spaces opening towards the garden and private balconies connected to the bedrooms. The interiors continue the warm minimalist approach through natural wood, matte finishes, and neutral tones. The project is currently ongoing.
