LINEAR SERENITY is a residence designed for Mr. Sundar and his family in Desai Gardens, Bengaluru. Planned on a 4000 sqft east-facing linear site with roads on either of the shorter sides, the home is designed for a family of four with a focus on redefining luxury through spatial openness, scale, and seamless connectivity between living spaces, an approach often explored in luxury residential architecture design in Bangalore.

The Design Concept

The stilt level accommodates parking and staff areas, while the upper floors are organized through a series of interconnected double-height spaces that visually and physically connect the common family areas across the first, second, and third floors. The terrace level is designed as an entertainment zone, housing a home theatre, gym, and a terrace garden, creating a layered living experience that extends vertically through the residence.
