The Framed Heights (Sunil Residence), Kengeri

The Framed Heights is an independent villa designed on a 30 × 40 ft plot in Kengeri, Bangalore. Spread across 3,800 sq ft, the home features a strong exposed concrete frame that defines the facade and gives the compact site a distinctive architectural character.

The concrete frame creates depth around the openings while providing shade and reinforcing the home's vertical form. A double-height entrance space extends this character into the interior and connects the different levels. The interiors combine concrete, natural stone, and warm wood finishes for a balanced contemporary look. The project is currently ongoing.
