De-light Villa, Nelamangala

De-light Villa is a holiday home designed on a 20-gunta lakefront plot in Nelamangala, Bengaluru. Spread across 5,500 sq ft, the design focuses on creating a strong connection between the home and the lake. The house is positioned to maximize lake views while maintaining comfortable and shaded spaces. Deep roof overhangs and a covered verandah provide protection from the sun and monsoon, while the ground floor opens towards the lake-facing outdoor area.

Laterite stone and timber details give the home a warm, natural character that complements its surroundings. The interiors are planned as comfortable family spaces with a direct connection to the outdoors. The project is currently ongoing.
