The Cube Nest, Chintamani

The Cube Nest is an independent villa designed on a 45 × 30 ft plot in Chintamani. Spread across 3,500 sq ft, the design uses three interlocking cubic volumes to create a distinctive form while making efficient use of the compact site.

The offset volumes create usable terraces at different levels, while clean rectangular openings reinforce the geometric character of the facade. The layout balances indoor spaces with open terraces for a practical family home. Inside, a restrained material palette of polished Kota flooring, white oak joinery, and minimal detailing continues the contemporary design approach. Completed in 2025, the project brings together architecture and interior design in Chintamani, Karnataka.
