Brickform Vertica, Jayanagar

Brickform Vertica is a multi-unit apartment building designed on a 60 × 40 ft corner plot in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Spread across 8,000 sq ft, the design uses a unified brick-clad facade to give the building a cohesive architectural identity.

The facade is organised around a vertical brick spine with recessed balconies that add depth and support natural ventilation. Each floor is planned as an independent dwelling, while the stilt level accommodates parking. The interiors combine exposed brick with warm teak-veneer detailing and a simple contemporary material palette. The project is currently ongoing.
