The Brick Frame (Sarjapur Villa), Kudlu Gate

The Brick Frame is an independent villa designed on a 30 × 55 ft plot in Kudlu Gate. Spread across 5,000 sq ft, the home features a strong exposed brick frame that gives the compact site a distinctive architectural character.

The vertical brick elements extend across the facade, creating depth and shade while framing the openings. The layout is planned around a slim internal courtyard that supports natural light and ventilation within the home. The interiors continue the brick character with warm wood detailing, clean flooring, and contemporary finishes. The project is currently ongoing.
