Bar Code Residence, Jayanagar

Bar Code Residence is an independent villa designed on a 60 × 40 ft corner plot in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Spread across 9,000 sq ft, the home features vertical precast concrete fins that create a distinctive facade while providing privacy and shade.

The fins vary in width and spacing across the facade, creating a barcode-like architectural expression. The layout is planned across multiple levels with dedicated living, dining, and family spaces. The interiors use a contemporary palette of large-format flooring, matte finishes, and warm wood detailing. The project is currently ongoing.
